How are these products shipped, where from and how much will it cost me?

Our products are shipped in stealth heat sealed plastic pouches . Our products are sent from mainland Europe and shipping times are 2-7 business days depending on your location. We ship within 48hours of your order placement excluding Sundays and holidays. We will then ship the next business day. Please allow up to 30 days for arrival, average time to the USA is 5-6 days, but this can be longer due to busy periods and unforeseen circumstances. (Holidays, weather).

– Europe – 4-5 days

We are not liable for further customs and duty costs.
We are not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping information when ordering.
We do NOT ship to Russia and Ukraine. Your order will be cancelled.

Shipping costs $20 and may increase marginally due to the weight of the package and location. Generally, 3+ products shipped to the USA will cost $20. This may increase with additional products however.
If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us.

What does my Order Status mean?
Awaiting Fulfilment: We’ve received your order and it will be processed soon. During our business hours only.
Awaiting Shipment: Your order is currently being processed for shipment. Its status will change within 24 hours to Shipped.
Under Review: Your order is on hold and will not be shipped unless we have heard from you via email or phone. This is often due to your shipping location.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped. A tracking number will have been emailed to you via our automated system. Please check your email, junk and spam inboxes.

 
What happens if customs stops/seizes my order?
We do not accept products that are being returned by Customs Agencies. We will refund your order as per our Refund Policy once you have provided proof of customs seizure. Note: That this process can take up to 30 days. By ordering you agree to our Refund Policy and understand you are ordering these products at your own risk and understand the importation restrictions of your country.
 
Will I receive a tracking number?
Please provide a valid email address and we will email the tracking number to you when your order has been shipped after placement.
